How to Repair Your TPU Tube Step-by-Step

Locate & Clean

Identify the puncture site using a water bath or air check. Clean the area around the hole thoroughly with alcohol to remove oil, dust, and debris.

Apply Adhesive

Apply a thin, even layer of the special TPU glue directly onto the area surrounding the puncture. Avoid over-applying glue outside the target patch area.

Press Patch

Select the appropriate patch size (small or large). Apply the patch onto the wet adhesive and press firmly for 30 to 60 seconds across all edges.

Cure & Re-inflate

Allow the glue to cure for 5–10 minutes before installing the inner tube back inside the tire casing. Inflate according to tire recommendations.
